Easy Pancakes Recipe

Prep Time: 10 Mins > Cook Time: 10 Mins > Total Time: 20 Mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

In a big bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Mix until just combined; it’s fine if the batter is a little lumpy.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle to medium heat. With  a bit of oil or butter, grease the tray lightly.

For each pancake, scoop 1/4 cup of batter and pour it into the pan.

Pile the pancakes onto a plate and serve warm with your desired toppings.
