What is Dorito Casserole?

Usually Dorito casserole consists of layers of flavors, ground beef or shredded chicken, a cheesy mixture including sour cream and cream of chicken soup or cream cheese (very naughty) and naturally lots and lots crushed Doritos! It is then baked until becoming this cheese-infused comforter. The bread crust on top gives the dish a wonderful crunchy texture that contrasts with its silky smooth interior.
