How to Make Healthy Sous Vide Egg Bites?
Set Up the Sous Vide
- Fill a large pot with water.Set your sous vide machine to 172F (78C).
Create the Base
- Beat eggs, cottage cheese, grated cheese, salt, and pepper together in a blender until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Prepare Add-ins
- Divide chopped vegetables and optional meats into the jars or molds.
Pour the Mixture
- Pour the blended egg mixture over the add-ins, leaving a little space at the top.
