Ingredients:

For the Tapioca Pearls:

  • 1 cup tapioca starch
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

For the Tea Base:

  • 2 cups brewed black or green tea, chilled
  • ½ cup milk (whole milk, almond milk, or oat milk)
  • 2 tbsp sweetener (honey, sugar, or syrup)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

  • After milk, it just well first step is you take water to a saucepan, boil it and dissolve the brown sugar.
  • Gradually add the tapioca starch, mixing until a dough forms.
  • Once the dough is mixed, shape it into small balls to make the boba pearls.
  • Boil the pearls in water for 15 minutes and they should be soft and chewy.
